On-site positions will come with a heavily discounted rent in addition to pay.
You will receive 45-65% discount off of market rents for your unit.
In this position you will be responsible for the daily operations and continued profitability of the apartment building and properties under management.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
All daily operations of apartment complex and properties under management Collecting and depositing rent and other tenant charges Sourcing, reviewing and comparing bids from 3rd party vendors Enforcing all property rules and creating a good community environment Ensuring tenants and property is in compliance with all regulations, leases and property rules Communicating and maintaining good relationships with all tenants Performing move-in, move-out and routine inspections of units and property Noticing and enforcement of rules violations Posting community updates, maintenance notices, 3-day notices, etc.
Occasional court appearances when necessary for eviction proceeding Sourcing and screening of prospective tenants Showing and renting vacant units and assisting in the completion of rental applications and move-in documentation Maintaining a clean apartment complex.
Picking up trash, sweeping and mopping where needed, maintaining a clean dumpster area, maintaining clean common areas, monitoring trash company to ensure they are picking up on schedule, arranging for large item disposal, etc.
Ensuring all vendors and maintenance are performing to high quality standards and reporting to main office as needed Monitoring and supporting the renovation and upgrading of units and property Close communication and teamwork with main office to ensure the continued success and smooth operations of the apartment community Supporting main office with various tasks relating to the property and other properties under management Requirements:

years of property management experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Google Docs Proficient in written and oral communication Spanish speaking is a plus Ability to perform handyman functions is a plus Job Type:
