Responsibilities:
- Change Orders - Purchase Order numbers - Project Take Off's - Identify potential risks and opportunities for cost savings during/after the estimating process - Maintain accurate records of estimates, parts, materials including all supporting documentation
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations - Proficient in using estimating software and tools - Excellent analytical and mathematical skills - Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure - Effective communication and interpersonal skills As an Estimator Assistant, you will play a crucial role in our construction projects by providing support to the team.
Your expertise will contribute to the success of our projects by ensuring that budgets are well-planned and resources are allocated efficiently.
