Customer Services Representative

The position is Monday - Friday 20-30 hours per week. This is an excellent opportunity with a locally owned and established company.
Qualifications:
Must have excellent verbal, listening and written communication skills
Previous experience in an office environment preferred
Team oriented
Good customer service skills
Ability to work independently on assigned tasks and/or work collectively with team associates.
Dependable
Good Computer Skills
Responsibilities:
Answering multi-line phone system,
Take and retrieve messages for various associates,
Data entry and filing
Pulling inventory items for scheduled jobs
Other related clerical duties as needed



Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
