Experience:
Experience must be IT related; the experience may be demonstrated by paid or unpaid experience and/or completion of specific, intensive training (for example, IT certification), as appropriate. Experience:
One year of specialized experience which includes experience working to develop functional requirements for software; the development, enhancement and maintenance of software; documenting software requirements for compliant and cybersecurity; monitoring contractor performance; performing quality assurance testing of software against the requirements; providing results of testing with Contractor Officer Representative; reviewing software source code providing recommendations; able to communicate both orally and in writing with higher graded officials. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-11). Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
